Booking Terms and Conditions
I understand life happens and I will do my best to accommodate any adjustments or changes that may be needed to your appointment. So that we are both clear on what you are agreeing to with your booking, please do read the following info. Queries? Not sure? Give me a shout and we can talk through.
Cancellations
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
You can do this directly via your booking link with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours will still be chargeable at full rate
Late arrivals
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive, I will see whether there is enough time remaining for your treatment. Regardless of the length of the session, you are still responsible for the full value of the booked session. I will do my best to give you your full time allocation, but sometimes this is simply not possible. Best way to avoid this is to get to me on time
Before your session
Be sure to fill your health declaration that will have been sent to you before your appointment. Your session cannot occur without a full and up to date health declaration
You must be without any symptoms of active viral illness on attendance
